She has an extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance, various Company Law matters and compliance of securities Law. She is well exposed in drafting of various legal documents, agreements, petitions and applications, and liaisoning /coordinating with various government agencies viz. Ministry of Company Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, NCLT and SEBI.
